These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using the Peonia Store website at https://peoniastore.com and purchasing through the online store. By accessing the website or submitting an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your activity. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

Placing an order initiates the purchase process. We may need to contact you if a product, payment or delivery detail requires attention before the order can proceed. Preparation, Shipping and Delivery

Order preparation takes 0 to 2 business days. Orders received before the 2:00 PM GMT-5 cutoff on a business day enter handling that day; orders received later enter handling the next business day. Once dispatched, transit takes 5 to 9 business days. These are separate stages of fulfillment. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers pay return shipping costs. Peonia Store does not charge a restocking fee. After a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins, but an order already being prepared or dispatched cannot be canceled. Use of Website Content

Text, graphics, photographs and other materials appearing on the site are provided in connection with Peonia Store's online shopping service. You may view them for ordinary personal shopping and information purposes.
